Environmentally friendly and 100% chemical free the Swiss Water process uses Green Coffee Extract (GCE) which is crafted from natural water soluble compound found in green coffee beans to decaffeinate the coffee.

The caffeine then slowly starts to separate from the coffee over and into the GCEĀ  bath. This ensure the amazing flavor of salted caramel and sweet citrus remains. Just like our Peruvian Single Origin Coffee, this decaffeinated coffee is a sure hit.Ā
