What is the standard shipping time for bike components and gear?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs.
Do you offer professional assembly for bikes purchased online?
All bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a heavy-duty box. We provide detailed video guides for final assembly, but we highly recommend taking your bike to a certified local mechanic for a safety check.
What is your return policy for protective riding gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. For safety reasons, helmets and body armor must still have all tags attached and show no signs of trail use.
Are your bike frames and parts covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Howler-branded frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Third-party components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which we are happy to help you facilitate.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For high-end bike purchases, we also offer flexible financing options through Affirm to help you get on the dirt sooner.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed size chart based on height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for stability or sizing down for more playful handling.
